Ride up the mountain at valedale lake, give the boss man his lunch with the powder and try not to cringe when he starts calling you “Sweetie”

Dark Core Boss

Just speak to him. Go to the fridge, place the powder on his food and bring it to him.

• Away with the waste

Try not to cringe when he calls you “Sweetie”. Ride back to Avalon. There. the shenanigans are done. And you get a new outfit!

Total:  Jumping + 6 Riding + 7 Caring + 1

I changed back into my other clothes. Their nice looking but stat wise not that powerful.  In my opinion anyway.

Forgery abound

Avalon

• A Faked Report for Mr Sands

Forgery must be one of Avalon’s many talents… but anywho take the impostor report to Moorland south beach. Again, I cheated and called for a pick up. We’re going to the same dark core guy that helped us with Miss Morse’s trophy gift thing. That starts another quest.

• Back to Valedale Lake

Looks like it’s time to go back up the mountain at Valedale Lake.  (Just so you can listen to the guy gripe.)

• Shutting Down

Rid back to Avalon like the little spy that you are and tell him the good news. He’ll think of a way to get Dark Core to take their mess with them.

Avalon

• Convincing Powder

Just talk to him.  By the way, you can accept all three quests from him at once if you’d like. You don’t have to leave Valedale for this stuff.

• Valedale Herb

You can find it growing all around Avalon’s house. (Outside of the fence)

• Three Stones

One is right in-front of the house. The other is down the path by a bench. the third is in the reeds. All will be on the East side of the river. You don’t have to go very far.

 

• The Mortar 

All that’s left is to pick up the mortar from the shed behind the house and give the items to Avalon.

Then…

we wait. Again. -.-

And do the creep…

Have a talk with one of our favorite druids. He’ll give you the password. Time to be sneaky.

• Past the barricade

 

Ride to valedale lake, head tward the waterfall, you’ll see the guard sitting there. Give him the password. “You look pretty young to be working for dark core.” Gee. Common sense faol.

 

• Dark core secrets

 

Guess who gets to do grunt work? Yep.

 

You’ll be

–oiling machines (okay, one machine)

–Shoveling cinder

Use the  shovel to er….pick up the dark green blobs, then deposit them into the blob pile in the corner.. They didn’t exactly look like cinders to me.

And fetching lunch.

 

The fridge is wedged next to the propane tank.. Give the crew leader his lunch. (Refrain from having your horse bite him) and take the report to Avalon.

 

Wait until the next day. (-.-) Druids. They’re never in a hurry.

 

The Waterfall’s New Color

So I started to notice that the waterfall was suddenly green. Luck would have it this started the day before St. Patrick’s Day. I really thought this had something to do with it. Haha. No.

— The Waterfall’s New Color

All you simply have to do is speak to Elizabeth. She’s going to send you across the bridge to speak to Avalon. I find it creepy that everyone knows your name long before you know theirs. -.- Druids.

Avalon

Avalon (no last name) of Valedale.

— Green isn’t Good

This quest only consists of talking with the hooded druid a couple times. He will then send you back over to Elizabeth. Speak to her once more to complete the quest..  Easy peasy lemon squeezey. But we know better than to get comfortable…right? Return to Avalon, speak to the man.

 

— Earlier Incidents 

Guess what this quest consists of? Running back to Elizabeth.  Talk to her again.

— Always this “Dark Core”

She’ll explain the stories she’s heard. To be honest if my water was turning shamrock green…I’d move far, far away. After that she’ll send you back to Avalon. Apparently they think your horse needs the exercise.

 

Avalon

— A sample from the waterfall 

— Green water anywhere else?

I’m going to suggest select both of these quests at once. You’ll collect two samples, one from the waterfall right next to Avalon’s house, the other sample will be taken by the waterfall at Valedale lake. There’s a small trail right off of the race track.

Return to Avalon with the test tubes.

 

 

Then we…sit on our hands and wait until tomorrow. -.- Druids.

 

 

I also want to mention that these particular quests were put in game on 1/16/2013. I wasn’t able to access them until after I hit level 12.
