Halloween ghosts! (Batch 1)

I’m about to blow off some serious dust. Sorry guys I have not had time to work the blog lately, things have been…we’ll just say hectic and spare the details.

Ghosts! As most of you know, SSO has some new Halloween type quests available, you find and converse with little ghosts to send them home. They in turn give you prizes. I will not tell you what. But I will tell you there is a great number of them. I’m not even done finding them all.

My tip is to listen for the little jingle that they make, if you hear it, stop and look around. If you stay in the area, you will find it eventually. They have a path they follow so they’ll eventually be near the area you saw them last. (or heard them in.)  The do slow down if you get near them, but not for long.

 

Note: I am not done. These are just the pics I have at this moment I know for a fact there are many more. I’ll have them up in batches.

More Hair!

Okay, I’ve been slacking a little. Sorry. You guys have to understand, I work for a newspaper and there are nights I’m working until the a.m. to get things out to print. By the end of the day, I don’t want to touch a damn thing. So when it comes to big projects…they may take me just a little be longer than a normal post. Okay! Bring on the hair! Here’s what’s left of the first Fort Pinta salon!  (Second location is nearly done. I’ll post that all at once.)

How Much is that kitty in the window? Part III

• — Animals have been marked

Visit the Vet and she will tell you that she went early this morning and put chips in the animals.

• — A masterpiece has been installed

Speak to Conrad and learn that he had installed the lock early this morning.  O.O Why can’t all the quests go like this?!

Speak to the Security Guard to finish them up.

• — The Guard’s Guard Dog

So, he wants a puppy. Go into the petshop and click on the puppy pen. I tried the quest a couple times to see if you could pick out his puppy for him, but it automatically selects the same little pup. Bring the puppy to him.

 

Guess what you get to do? You get to deliver animals. I went ahead and accepted all these quests, and picked up the animals from the pet shop. A cat and a dog. A cat and a rabbit. All in the same saddle bag? What part of that sounds like a good idea.

• — Puppy for the butler

Drop the puppy off with the butler at the winery.

• — A Cat for the Councilman

Talk to the councilman in Silverglade and give him his mousing cat

• — Jenna’s cat

Give Jenna her barn cat

• — A Rabbit to fir grove

And make sure Felicity gets her rabbit.

Speak to the security guard and get a nice shirt…or it was nice until Rambo got to it.  Oh well, puppy slime isn’t going to kill ya.

Fort Pinta Style. Make-up and the Pixie.

So here starts the Hair. I’ll say I even took one for the team. Your own make up and hair isn’t listed. So I changed my hair to find out what what the hair I had actually cost. There was over 140 layers. So Please excuse me if each style take some time before it makes it onto the site.

We’ll start with the salon near the Fort Pinta entrance, and once all the hair and make-up has been posted we’ll move to the other. (Next to the pet shop.)

No pictures. This part of the quest was a little disappointing. You’ll see why.

Talk to the vet in Silverglade.

• — Lock for the pet store

Talk to Conrad, the Moorland Smithy.

Wait until tomorrow.

 

Yep. Got slammed with the little yellow clocks.

 

 

How much is that kitty in the window?

It’s Wednesday! And you know what that means don’t you? Updates! And we’ve got a new quest. Appearently all the animals have escaped from the pet shop and it’s our job to wrangle them back up.

Awwwww….

To start this quest you need to see the security guard standing in front of the disco.

Talk to him to give you a run down of what’s going on. After that…lets get this show on the road.

• — Find the escaped puppies

Just like the quest suggests, the puppies are all found standing near vendors and James. All you need to do is take a nice slow lap around the square to find them all.

• — Find the escaped bunnies

They’re not too bad. I just made a big circle around Fort Pinta. A couple are in the stable yard two more are just hanging out in the bushes along the walls. however there is one you must out smart..

 

I couldn’t reach him on my horse. Nor could I actually grab him on foot. You have to go behind the planter and hop into it so you can grab the little bunny from behind.

• –Runaway Kittens

These cute little furballs were a little more challenging. But not too bad.

1. This kitten is hanging out on the banister inside the cafe. Sorry, I forgot to take a screen shot of him.

2.. This kitten was hanging out in the window of the fort turret. No. You can’t reach him on foot. I actually had to go back and grab NightRebel so I could reach him.

5. I guess he wanted some sun. My question is how did he get up there.
